Let me get it straight, this workout is really beginner friendly. It's ACTUALLY DOABLE, not like the ones you find in other videos where you are panting like a dog after just one set! I am your average dude, age 18, weight: ~90 kgs, I don't look fat nor do I look lean, you know? I am skinny fat! My muscles are dense and my bones too. Maybe that's why but I'm not sure! Height: 170cm. I want to follow this routine and staying in a deficit and consuming enough proteins to exercise and heal so that I can achieve my dream body of a Greek god. (Just an aesthetic body, a lean and muscular) I don't know if I can do it but I will give it my all to do it! *Day 1*: I am exhausted but I think I can actually put this workout in my routine as it's easy to follow and doesn't make your body fumble!

Hoping to get that 6 pack by the end of summer. ❤ Week 2: I have changed my diet and I’m starting to see my obliques become more defined. I started doing this workout for a few weeks and then I moved on to the next one but I found it easy because I had done the first consistently and now I can do the fourth one with no problem and now I can do most of workouts without too much trouble, thank you man!

All I need now is a good workout for the morning or night. Trust me it works. I feel a lot better than going to bed at 1-2 in the morning. I’ve just decided to get off my lazy ass and start doing something with my life. I take cold showers too bcuz I was told that they are rlly good for u.

And 11 months later still going strong. I've been extremely busy these past 2 months so had to stop working out for a while but decided to get back to it (btw I'm not doing this workout still I've moved on to doing a 20 minute ab workout by Chris heria twice)

Now September I'm doing sets of 15 and 275 total faithfully weighing 235lbs of healthier weight still not shredded but gaining progression and getting healthier!!!!😂😂😊

Thanks dude. This was a lifesaver because I’m not a fan of gyms and don’t really have the space or money for equipment. Plus just ten minutes is easy. Can’t wait to get to level 2!

Great beginner workout! I can actually do this somewhat "easily" after 2 weeks of daily attemps - it used to be super hard. But. the next level is wayyyyy tooo hard still. I wonder how long people spend on level 1 before progressing to level 2, and how easy does it need to get really before I know it's time to level up

@@uco.7303 Nope. But what I personally decided is that it's better to try Level 2 exercises gradually rather than trying to do Level 1 exercises for a longer time. I think it's because some Level 2 exercises actually target some muscles / balance that Level 1 exercises don't cover at all. So IMO it's better to do easy versions of impossibly hard exercises than to repeatedly do the easy exercises for longer.

counting the days i’ve been doing this - i started 3 days ago from posting this Day 1 - done, no abs showing Day 2 - done, no abs showing Day 3 - done, you can see a little bit of abs if i flex Day 4 - done, you can see a 4 pack if i flex
