At almost 67 years of age, I have spent the last year plus losing weight and doing moderate cardio. Loving your videos as they are a challenge while also being “doable”. I believe it is time to make your videos my “go to” for shaping up as I continue to lose a few more pounds. Also appreciate your positive words without sounding fake or forced.

I so appreciate you- I have been doing a combo of your ab exercises for one week and I can already see a difference in my abs but also how I feel! I am 75 and these are challenging but by the end of the first week I am keeping up and feeling great.

I thank God that I discovered your videos. I walk for 32 minutes, and then do your stomach and arm exercises 6 days a week. I look forward to them. And I'm seeing changes, this 71 year old body is getting better every day, and I'm losing weight. I'm 5'3, about 138 pounds, and want to lose another 10. Thank you for making such great videos. You're my inspiration.

First time doing your video's I did manage to get through 4 of your videos, didn't think that I could with being slightly over weight and suffering with osteoarthritis, and anxiety it definitely wakes up your mind.Thanks for sharing your videos I'll be doing your videos each. Hello ❤️ I had been doing exercises , but when I virus hit . My hours got cut at work . Was standing around a lot not moving . Eating stuff I should of not been eating . Then I came across one of your work out 2 weeks ago , feeling amazing . ❤️ Every day even though I am working every day. , get up every morning before work and exercise too one of your work out. , Doing the 14 day .

I started doing your morning stretches in August of 2021. I was happy to know that there is a free program for some one over the age 50. Then, in September of 2021, around Labor Day, I came across one of your workouts program. I liked the way that the clock was displayed and the fact of knowing how much calories that I am actually burning in doing the workout. Also how many miles that I have completed for the 5 thousand steps.

I enjoy doing all this exercises. I walk everyday at a park here in Manitoba Canada.Iam a diabetic. I been exercising for a few years already. I was just sweating doing this Abs exercise. I don't take medication for diabetes, because of the exercising I do. I enjoy those arm exercises.
