This would be easier to follow if you also told us when to get out of the poses! When going into these deep backbends, I didn't see the video because the laptop was in front of me, so I was still in the previous position when you started to give instructions for the next one... :)

This is a great video, although as a true beginner, I've found my back is very inflexible, so most of these poses I was unable to do - mainly when rolling all the way with arms on the floor behind me. I'm very stiff and can't get there at the moment. 😔 If you have any classes you can do to work up to that point to get more flexibility in your back using the yoga wheel that would be amazing! I've been searching ever since I purchased the wheel and haven't found anything that helps those like me work up to more flexibility using the wheel, there's really not much out there. I appreciate it so much! I hope I can get there, I just want to do it safely! 🙏

Basically you do as much as you can, which stretches your ability. Over time you gain flexibility and strength. Be patient and consistent. Don't expect it to come suddenly.

Honestly start with actual yoga before doing this wheel practice . Your back should be flexible enough if you’re already doing yoga .

Thank you! This was challenging for a beginner. It was all back bends, and hip/ chest openers, I felt it was very necessary to add in forward folds/bends and side twists help my spine relax.

This was my first yoga wheel yoga session and while it felt different and a lil scary it was really nice. I’m not super flexible but I am little more flexible than average, but my balance is really out whack and I noticed that during the part where we put on ankle on the opposite knee.. I found it hard to keep balance at that point. I am looking forward to more yoga wheel videos from you! 🧡🧡🧡 much love!

Wonderful video! Just NOT for beginners 🤣 this was my first time ever purchasing a wheel and I am almost died trying these 🤣 got so dizzy bending over felt like crap, my sides, back and neck are killing me 🤣 Can you please do a superrrrrrr baby beginner one?

Yeah I definitely did not have the flexibility to get into a wheel so I couldn’t do a lot of the stretches. Maybe a new video with a modification?

That might not be something to worry about but you did the right thing, it's always best to be on the safe side. Notice when that happened, did it happen when you dropped your head back or maybe got into a deep bend? Maybe try avoiding those at first. In my experience these cracks have always resulted in good results as your spine is releasing tension.

If your back is tight this is it!! My body was popping and releasing.. good tension reliever if you sit at a desk all day and have a tendency to slouch.

I'll turn 29 the next month and I don't know if I could have the same flexibility as you have with my age? It's take how many years to develop the flexibility skills? Thanks for motivating us ❤

Hi! It's never late to start yoga! With consistent practice you can build flexibility for sure! The duration depends on many factors and not only age but by practicing 4-5 days a week you'll notice real changes in your body even after 1-2 month of practice :)

Am I the only one that experienced severe back pain the next day after using the wheel? The pain lasted for almost 5 days... Any tips or advice?

rather bend from your upper back than lower. and try to release the pressure their. and you can also bend only the half the way which helps in the beginning
