5. 45 sec - Side squat steps / Sumo
Rest: 15 sec
6. 30 sec - Hydrant right
7. 30 sec - Donkey right
8. 30 sec - Rainbow right
9. 30 sec - Hydrant left
10. 30 sec - Donkey left
11. 30 sec - Rainbow left
12. 30 sec - Hydrant side/ back right
13. 30 sec - Hydrant side/ back left
