The only thing that got tired was my brain. Boooooring. About the worst arm exercise to date. Way too easy. The commentary is irritating. Less than a minute in and "it will be over in a second." No, it will be over in 8 minutes. And telling me to smile. Repeatedly. Clearly you missed the women's movement on how annoying it is when we are told to smile. I'm working out. In my own home. Why do I gotta be told to smile?!? Also, music sucks, too.

doing this for 14 dayss (please remind me by liking) day1 :felt a lot of burnnnn omgg day 2: it was lil easy day 3:cant see the difference but will do it day4: did itt day5: didn't do it day6: did it WITHOUT PUTTING MY ARMS DOWN day7: done IT IS WORKING MY ARMS ARE A LIL TONED

I have tried this workout before and it worked so I’m gonna try it again. To keep myself motivated I’ll update here. Starting at 24cm Today is day one and I did it. Maybe I can’t feel my arms but I did it without stopping. I love the burn🔥 Day 2 done Day 3 done

Okay so, im doing this to get toned arms. Day 1: it was hard but i didnt drop my arms. I am most conscious about my arms cz I have big arms as compared to my body. I first did this workout and stopped even before I was halfway through the workout cz my arms were killing me already. In the past week I started doing push-ups and planks and today when I did this workout it just seemed more bearable. Continuing this everyday. God bless and God bless my arms. Thank u so much

the first few times i did this workout a couple years ago i dropped my arms after almost every exercise, but now i can do it twice in a row without dropping my arms. dont get me wrong it still burns, but i love the feeling. my arms have changed noticeably so to everyone doing this workout, have fun!

Doing this until school starts again Day 1:✅ My arms were BURNING but only took a tiny break and I’m proud of myself that I finished it :) Day 2:✅ I feel like my shoulders are burning more than my arms I hope I’m not doing it wrong

My bsf wanted to get muscle while i wanted to get at least slimmer arm but anyway Day 1 : ✅ so i tried with my bsf, we had to stop halfway to do dishes Day 2 : ✅ i didn't think i would continue this workout but i did 🎉 I'M SO PROUD I ALMOST DIDN'T PUT DOWN MY ARMS Day 3 : ✅ had to stop in the middle bc my cat was meow meow and it was midnight 💀 but anyways it was rly rly easier than the other days Day 4 : ✅ huhu i put down my arms to times for 1 sec only !!
