This is crazily candid! Watching this, I feel so disappointed because I was doing the majority of these things and lost a mad amount of weight in only a matter of months-- so I KNOW it works. I guess over time I became focused on convenience rather than actually putting in the work. For me, ditching the processed foods for whole foods and drinking an ample amount of water are going to be key. Also, I'm glad that you dispelled the notion about exercise. For months now I found solace blaming my weight gain on the fact that the pandemic interrupted my gym routine (60> mins 3 times a week). But in reality, I just failed to look for alternatives that I could perform even at home. Well, I'm done with the excuses! I'm getting back to work this week! Thanks so much for this reality check Michael!

Can I use monk fruit on my coffee? That is a shocker, exercise only 10-15 min a day. Always thought you had to do more to see results.

Adding unsweetened milk to black coffee is a huge game changer. Most people crave the creaminess of creamer not the sugar try it!

These are great tips, but I wonder if it’d be easier for a man to lose 10 pounds in a week than a woman? Becase it has been proven men lose weight at a faster rate than women, so though I’m a woman and I’m tempted to try this, i’m wondering if it’ll be a bit harder for me. If anyone has any more info, let me know. Thanks!
