This video is basically me thinking out loud and writing a rough race plan out on paper. I explain as I go in no particular order :D If you've followed the channel for the outdoor adventures, trail runs, and scenic views, this one may be on the boring side.
I've put it together for those who are starting from the beginning and looking for a way to start making their own training plan. There are millions of ways to do so, this way works for me.
The only thing I can think of at this point in time that I forgot to add: I ramp up my monthly volume by week so week one to week three the intensity, duration or elevation will increase to a peak at week 3, followed by a more relaxed week 4.
