[Ingredients] 5 pieces
(Dough)
190g strong bread flour
60g cake flour
20g granulated sugar
3g salt
3g dry yeast
15g butter
100g whole milk
60g water
(Filling)
50g-90g melted butter
granulated sugar
[How to make]
1. Knead the dough for 10 minutes and leave it at room temperature for 40 minutes (primary fermentation)
2. Roll out the dough to 35cm x 40cm
3. Brush with melted butter and fold the dough 3 times into a 10cm width.
4. Roll the dough
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
6. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and put into molds.
7. Leave at room temperature for 50 minutes (secondary fermentation)
8. Apply milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
9. Bake in the oven at 190℃/375℉ for 30 minutes.
