Autumn is the time when we have to prepare different cans for the winter. In this sense, I decided to show you a very quick and easy way to prepare homemade canned pork in a jar. In just about 3 hours you can make something tasty and nutritious that you can consume throughout the winter.
Products for 1 jar of 400-500 ml:
about 350 g of pork (thigh, shoulder or neck)
1-2 bay leaves
2-3 grains of black pepper
pinch of ground mustard
pinch of coriander
a pinch of savory
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 pinches of gelatin powder (optional)
5 g or 1 equal, teaspoon of salt
water or broth for topping up
