12 MIN Booty Burner Workout | Resistance Band | At-home workout
Happy Thursday!!
My FAV type of workout is a booty workout because you know I get to use my favorite booty bands ;).. This 12 minute workout consists 12 exercises of 50 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest where I will transition you into the next exercise. These movements are all super low-impact yet highly effective. The resistance of the band adds that extra challenge, however if you are a beginner you can also do this at home without any equipment as well!
Feel free to add this onto the end of your lower body day or pair with any other free workouts on my channel.
