Join us for this 12 Minute HIIT Kid Friendly Workout. This workout was not planned to be a family workout, however we put out some lighter dumbbells and the kids joined in. The workout ended up being a fun, family full body workout in just 12 Minutes. All exercises were designed to be low impact, while building strength and focus on building some basic foundational movements which they began to grasp pretty quickly just by watching us.
This workout can be done inside, outside, with whoever wherever in a short amount of time, with minimal equipment. With the work to rest ratio (20 Seconds Work : 10 Seconds Rest) is perfect for building strength, lean muscle mass, while getting that HIIT Cardio and burning fat.

A) Push Press or Shoulder Press (Substitute - Push Ups)
