This is a full length video which you can follow along. Exercises are 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 2 rounds; feel free to take as many breaks as you can. If you want to add an extra challenge and forearm burn don't put down the dumbbells for the entire workout! Let us know if you could do it, mine seized up 🔥.
We recommend doing this 2-3 times a week but give your muscles time to recover. You will notice muscle gains, and muscle endurance with this workout. Also check out any of our other workouts if you feel like switching it up.
