This needs a million views and we should share it with everyone and their grandmas.... Especially the grandmas lol. Due to the virus my towns old folk sports group is cancelled and all the oldies are at home potaoeing on the couch, its sad. This is so great!

I've done this workout a few times now, and today I took it to a stabilityball, and it was great! Would you consider doing a longer no equipment seated workout, like maybe 20 or 30 minutes long? :)

Thanks for doing these! I was diagnosed with a brain tumor one month ago. I am two weeks out from surgery and happy to find something I can do to improve and move my body again! I love your other videos and cannot wait to get back to them ❤

I've never been someone to consistently work out or anything but I've been wanting to some time. I'm currently recovering from a severely broken ankle and I'm unable to bear any weight on that leg, so finding something I could do with that and with no equipment was difficult, but this might be the first time I've found a workout that actually felt doable and didn't feel like it was expecting too much of a "beginner", like many workouts I've seen online do. I will definitely be doing this again and hopefully this will be the beginning to my strength training journey as I recover from this injury.

I do seated dumbell almost daily since I broke my ankle. I've actually been able to obtain some muscle tone. Thanks.

Really good for knee recovery. Sat on stability ball to work my abs a little more. Even elevated my heart rate a little!
