Try this 10 Round, 15 Minute EMOM. This workout is not easy, but great for training your anaerobic, and mental capacity. It's simple, and will work you entire body with minimal equipment and time, but is a challenge; let us know if you finish.
All you'll require for this workout is a set of dumbbells, and a small area; sub bodyweight if you like or don't have dumbbells. You can do this workout anywhere in 15 minutes, with anyone. Great workout for the family to join in.
Workout description:
10 Rounds (You Start Each Round at 1:30)
A) 7 Thrusters (Substitution Air Squats)
B) 5 Deadlifts (Substitution Bodyweight Deadlifts)
C) 3 Devils Press (Substitution Burpees)
D) 3-5 Shuffle Jumps (Substitution Lunges)
The remainder of the time Rest.
- Aim to complete each round in approximately 1 minute, rest remainder of the time.
