Try this high intensity lower body, no jumping hypertrophy workout. This is a challenging low impact workout that you can adjust to your level. We used a set of 15 lb, and 25 lb dumbbells for this doozy. Workout can also be done with just utilizing your bodyweight; scale as needed.
