This is a Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, meditation. Through this practice you'll be guided through relaxation, rotation of consciousness, and visualization to enter into a state of being that's between waking and sleep. It's been said that one hour of yoga nidra equals four hours of sleep. This practice is restoring physically, mentally, and energetically.
I recommend lying down and getting really comfortable for this meditation!
