Today I want to offer you this training focused on Hollow Plank. Formidable exercise for strengthening your abdominals and the core.
The training is very simple and you will have to work for 15 minutes with this exercise, in EMOM or Interval Training mode. Perform the exercise for 30seconds, do a recovery of 30seconds and repeat everything for 15 times. As you can see you will have to do a series per minute, for a total of 15 minutes of work.
Important in this case work on the technique and master the Hollow Position at best, that is you will have the gluteus contracted, scapulae protracted and depressed. In this way I assure you that you will work to the best with all the muscles of the body.
