Today I ran 1.1km in 4:40 minutes. Proud of myself because I was not training and i think that it was a really good time. Now I am on the practice for running the 1 mile in sub 4 minutes 🙌🏻

they all run with their natural stride, but fast races with spikes you'll rarely see someone without a forefoot strike

wow, great morphology + work ethic. I work hard but unlucky i don't have this body comp i am too muscular... life sucks sometimes. But i will keep training we never know.
