A great alternative to the wiring loom is black gaffer tape. It's matte black and binds everything together really well. Would work great at covering up all those wires coming from the controller, so they don't stand out.

That's clean with the wires from the controller going to the battery bag. I've had that issue before with a wobbly wheel which turns out to be a poorly seated tyre. Also some of the cheap tyres also have a bad tread pattern, not being true due to manufacturing. Although the rim is true, it's annoying as hell seeing the tyre pattern wobble.
@E-bikeguy

Heck yeah I definitely thought it was the rim till looked at it while riding, that was crazy tire wasn't seated on the rim right.

Yo E B4L, I have great FYI on understanding a certain limit of speed on e bikes. I really have to start wearing motorcycle helmet or hard cap because I was just going 30mph of 100 feet distance, as I came to my next left turn, I was wearing headphones and didn't hear the blow out but I'm always feeling my handlebars of motion as I almost had a side out fall when turning left but I balanced my body to counter the off balance. I almost crashed if I turned handlebars too left of my left turn. Just going 30mph and from now on, I'm wearing my helmet , no BS anymore or I end up quadeluptic or paralyzed ( seen many KZitem videos of bikers crashing to be paralyzed from those falls) . It's serious more for the high possibility over the high speeds around 36 and faster. Them blow outs are DANGEROUS and nothing if nothing serious happened. Ya kids E, take no chances, teach them the 411, better safe than sorry if they have e bikes over 30mph. You too ,lol, but the helmet is very personal of using or not but I'm learning off this near mishap of deep crap...

@@E-bikeguy Always on my mind once I'm cruising at 32mph plus. The thought of feeling the speed hoping not to have sudden blow out and why I'm always feeling out my handlebars of handling it proper of not wanting a front jack knife twist that will send my body forward of same speed flow. So far past year, 3 times had blow out when turning left at 32plus mph. I think I just need to slow down more before turning but very sound of being aware of feeling out physics and handling.

Nice job. Did you ever mount a 175mm wheel in a 190mm dropout bike? I have a geared wheel from another bike I am upgrading and another bike. Its a steel frame I may be able to just bend i or just tighten the nuts to squeeze it. But if not how to add spacers to inside? How much on each side? And do I need a cassette or free wheel spacer? I know a caliper/ torque arm spacer is needed mounted on the inside.
@E-bikeguy

Yes, it's a 170mm but what I like to do first is to make sure I have proper clearance with the caliper to motor then add spacers when needed
