[Accompanying rice using salted mackerel and Japanese seasonings]
1 piece salt-grilled mackerel
1/2 bunch Mitsuba
1 piece Myoga
1 handful salted kelp
As much as you like Sudachi
[Shiitake mushrooms stuffed with shrimp meatballs]
6 shiitake mushrooms
7 vannamei shrimp
1 tsp Sake
A little salt
As much as you like Sudachi
[Octopus Peperoncino Sudachi Flavor]
2 servings pasta
80g octopus
2 cloves garlic
2 chili peppers
Appropriate amount salt
2 Sudachi
[Carrot and sudachi dressing]
1/2 carrot
3 tbsp Sudachi juice
2 tbsp olive oil
A little salt and pepper
[Sudachi ponzu sauce]
*Mix Sudachi juice, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce in a ratio of 2:1:1.
