Bought my '46 CJ-2A from my Great Aunt in 2013. (It hadn't even been started since about '89 or so.) Finally got it outta' the shop 3 weeks ago & I can't believe the looks it gets. Mind-you it's not "cherry" or anything, it's obvious my Great Uncle used as a fun AND service vehicle up in the mountains. It was sure nice to see your VID Sir!

When ya need machine work done on that orig engine, take it up to R+R engine and machine up in Akron. I worked on a couple when I worked there but those guys know their stuff.

Pathetic! I doubt if it would fetch even a buck sold as scrap metal.
