Another great restoration! I have seen a few of your awesome pieces come back to life! I remember playing with Tonka toys! I did not realize they made so many different models. What blows my mind is that you can find replacement parts and decals! Amazing!

Great restoration! The Jeep looks brand new, or should I say better than brand new! I love the soldiers and the sounds of gunfire at the end. You do such a wonderful job on these restorations - and the videos themselves. Lighting, camera angles, etc. Perfect! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

you did it, again, AR - "army green" as you call back in the old Army is referred to as "OD green" for Olive Drab green which came before the present day camouflage combat dress and was phased out following Vietnam

Good morning. It would be better if the native salon was left, this is the meaning of the restoration. Moreover, he is native. And by painting there are craters that have appeared. It was necessary to apply powder paint on the second layer. And so in general a good job.

The windshield frame is still bent backwards slightly, the ends of the bumper are bent (should be straight), and the paint color is too light of color compared to the original. Otherwise a very good restoration.
@ar_restoration
2 жыл бұрын
You are right, the angle of the windshield frame should be a little bit forward. The original bumper was not straight, I checked some pictures from Google there are two styles of the Tonka Jeep pumpers, one is straight and another is bend of the two ends. The color of the jeep I used is indeed a little lighter, which is not the same as the original color. I wanted to use the original color as much as possible, but I have a bag of army green powder that I bought for more than a year, and at the same time had to consider that the color of the plastic seat compartment would be similar to the color of the jeep body, so I finally decided to use the current army green. You are very professional and thank you so much for the comment!!!👍👍🎉🍻😊
