I don't know, it looks too much like a Corvette than something that would come from dodge, if they concentrated more on copying the 68-70 chargers like how they concentrated on making the challenger look like the older challengers then I think it would look better but like I said before, in my opinion it feels more like a Corvette in my opinion
@Dunki113

@P-Impmon no, the reason why they made it 4 doors was because at the time dodge was getting rid of their only sedan at the time and needed something to replace it and since the charger was already a concept with 4 doors and was next in line they made it into the 4 door sedan we see now, in my opinion, I loved the classic chargers but I'm glad they went with the style they have now instead of the 1999, for reasons I just mentioned in my last comment, and of course as the whole trend with Chevy and Ford trying to bring back the "muscle car" Dodge hopped on the train and made the challenger which in my opinion they did right this time but if they did make the charger into a 2 door instead of a 4 door then we wouldn't have the challenger because in today's time there wouldn't be a reason to bring the challenger back if they made the charger into a 2 door because now the Challenger is like the Mustang or Camaro for dodge, and right now both the challenger and charger are very similar under the hood but with different body styles, if the charger was a 2 door as well then the challenger would just be a less detailed charger and would be pointless to produce because it would be two exact same cars with different badges and nowadays car companies have to give their cars a more aerodynamic build for regulation reasons if they want to continue making the vehicles, and if dodge had 2 muscle cars then it would eventually lead up to one of them being discontinued because you can only make them look different for so long until it's not worth trying, look at dodge now with they're brand new chargers and darts, they're not too different except for the dart being small and more efficient but if they made the charger more efficient then I'm sure they would give the boot to the dart as it wouldn't be necessary to keep making them

If you think about it the 06 bodies look a little like the 66 body. Roof,body lines, and “boxy” shape of entire front end. Only thing is the body line in the rear qtr panel is more exaggerated than in the 1966 body. But yea the concept is the shit.
