in 6 weeks time I run the Noosa Marathon and I want to run faster than I have ever run before! 2.55 is very ambitious of course, but you've got to believe and I'm manifesting the result and working towards it!
In a 6 week series, I'm going to share with you everything that I'm doing to ensure that I can at least go Sub 3 again, pushing the 2.55 barrier I have set myself.
I'm not sharing my process as a best practise or template to follow, I'm simply sharing it to open conversations about how to become a better athlete, whilst hopefully inspiring some folk to take on their next big run, whether that be 5k or 50k!
