Click MORE to open the description box. 🡻🡺 Today we are doing 2 of my favorite dessert recipes for fall. Well, technically you can eat these year round! We are making a Low carb Peanut Butter pie that is diabetic friendly and also a quick and simple mini cinnamon spice cake recipe. Both recipes are low carb and low Weight Watchers points.
1 box Spice Cake mix (You can also use sugar free)
1 can diet sprite
1 tbsp cinnamon
Blend in mixer and bake according to package or until done.
Makes 48 mini mufins
Glaze 3/4 tbsp sugar substitute powdered sugar
Very small splash of vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp milk of choice
Whisk ingredients together until smooth and pour over muffins
Peanut Butter Pie
Crust
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 C light butter (warmed for easy stirring)
2 Tbsp (warmed peanut butter)
Mix together and pack into a 9X11 baking pan
Hold back a little bit of crust to crumble over the top.
Cover and freeze for 30 minutes
Inside of pie
8 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese
16 ounces Cool whip
1/2 C Peanut butter
1/2 C granulated sugar sub
Combine above ingredienets with mixer and pour over crust. Freeze for about 2-3 hrs. Add over crumble and a little chocolate syrup.
I have the points and carbs in the video however, depending on what you use for ingredients those numbers can vary. I would suggest dropping into whatever app you use for your weight loss journey.

I eat low carb living a low carb lifestyle! I used to do Weight Watchers for over 5 years however I switched over to low carb as I find it a more managable way of eating for the rest of my life. As a result of this change Ive continued to lose weight and lower my blood sugar after learning I was pre diabetic. My fat numbers are not too high and not at a keto level although some meals could be considered keto meals. Here is my low carb eating plan that I track through carb manager. I do not count anything other than carbs and it works for me. I eat total carbs not net carbs and I do not count non starchy veggies in my carb counts OR anything from the berry family. This works for me and I find it the healthiest way for me to lose weight and feel my best.
Max of 30 carbs per meals
Max of 15 carbs per snack
I do NOT count anything else
I find all the other macros fall into place if I hit at or below my low carb numbers.
