Ya same as me I can’t do anymore longer then 20 mins, it’s just enough or I get exhausted & drained plus going through perimenopause for 2yrs now & the low energy really kills me & taking care of my 12 yr old autistic daughter I want to be full of energy for her & after these workouts I feel amazing & the library has so many , I need to work on my abs more ❤❤❤

Fantastic quick little workout Hannah, thank you as always. It always astounds me though the small number of people who give the thumbs down. WHY? I really don't understand. I wish they would leave a comment as to what they don't like, perhaps it's too hard for them? But then it should be a positive thing cause it means they are on a growth journey. I have no idea

I did side plank instead of side lifts, It's little difficult for me😅 thank you for this work out, I can mix it with other workout routine

Nice workout, intense and short. But I would suggest to take off the sang music, it's a little distracting. Thanks and best
