A very nice workout! To be honest, it didn't even "feel" like a workout at all 😂 very calm and easy, but at the same time... I burned 150 Kcal! 😱 Thank you, this is amazing!

75 kcal apparently was burned :) 7 min fat burn and 2 min cardio zone :) pretty nice for a low impact workout. Didn't do it for kcal bit but for digestion after my breakfast. Already did your after breakfast workouts so why not try this one. Thanks again for your lovely workouts as always

wooo ..it flew by 2300 step and 140 calories... it showed for me .... love ur workout and also half of the time I think ur soo beautiful and also ur background is so peaceful.....I wish I could losse half the weight and look half the good u look
