Day 15. Road trip today to attend a funeral visitation. 6 hour plus round trip. Got back home around 11 pm. Glad to have this workout to relieve the tension of the day.

Day 15 for me the 55 yo lady missed 2 days but did work! Below zero about 20 and horses hay got delievered...then fence got knocked down...I am here today! Happy side note I wasn't as ready to die after stacking hay and holding heavy fence....yay strength is in there somewhere! 💪 thank you Rachel! ❤ warm weather ahead 32 today yay

I loved every moment of this workout! I have such poor coordination so I may have yelled at you a couple of times when I had to do the arm/leg circles 🤣. Definitely got my sweat on with this!

I would try bringing your feet in closer toward you! If your feet are too far away you may feel cramping in your hamstrings. Hydration may help as well before beginning 😊
