This is a full body mat & wall pilates beginner workout for beginners. It is a pilates and strength full body workout where we challenge the body with resistance exercises to increase strength and assist in building more muscle or "tone" in the body. This is a pilates workout on the wall, but exercises could be performed with feet on the wall.
