In this barbell workout you won't need to go crazy heavy with the weight here. Just work with what you have got. But if you wish to make the workout even tougher, you can simply up the weight of the barbell
We will have 10 barbell exercises in total, hitting each for 40 seconds of work and just 15 secs rest
This is certainly going to get the heart rate racing
Our exercises
1 - Deadlifts
2- Chest presses
3- Ab rollouts
4- Bent over rows
5- RDL'S
6- Clean and press
7- Back squats
8- Close grip press
9- Split squat - right
10- Split squat - left
That's our exercises , that's our set up. I guess it's time to grab that barbell and let's smash this
