Loved this wall pilates. I enjoyed it, im getting back into pilates and taking it slow ,this was perfect. I was wondering how much calories do you think you burn doing this pilates workout

Thank you Lisa! I am not sure, it depends on many different factors I think the best way to calculate is a heart rate monitor or an online calculator where you can enter your details height, gender etc and it can give you an estimate xo

Im interested in the wall pilates but i cant kneel n need something where its all standing up ...im starting to do your All Standing Beginners 15min Wall Pilates but as i cant kneel n find it hard to get onto n off the floor i need a good workout completely standing up

Looking for a lower body and core workout and how many times a week . I have an upper body routine that I do 3 times a week. I have a little back pain . Do you have any suggestions ?

I think these routines 2/3x a week. Wow! I have been doing this and your standing wall Pilates for a few weeks, and I am seeing such a difference!! I’m 60 and trying to lose a few pounds, but most of all.. get some strength back. I was so sore at first, but pushed through and am well on my way to perhaps achieving hard Pilates?🤞🏻

What would you recommend for those whom are dealing with osteoarthritis on both knees? How can I do these kneed exercises without injuring or adding more pressure onto my knees?

You could add more padding with pillows or towels. If that doesn’t work then this may not be the best class for you since there is alot of kneeling

Thank you, Lindsey, I appreciate your approach tremendously as this is only my second Pilates class. I took your first one yesterday. And it feels really good. It’s a little challenging, surprisingly since I am an athlete. I have broken different bones, so I am happy to find something that I could slowly regain my strength with.

I figured that I would start with a beginner today to stretch first then do an intermediate after for more intense. I can say yesterday the beginner didn't do anything as far as feeling an effect. Today the leg circles had my lower body tremble. I'm going to save this workout to start with so I can improve the balance of leaning on each leg. Thank you for these. Oh and where are you because your space looks like the perfect atmosphere. Do you teach dance as well? The video yesterday looked like a perfect dance studio.
