I'm so proud of myself I went from 2 lbs, 5lbs, 8 lbs and now I'm up to 10 for upper shoulders. Man, did that really burn. I got to 12 count stopped for a second to caught my breath. I did a total of 16 the second time around. I can barely lift my arms. I love this workout. Thank you Zeus for making me push myself. It gives me personal growth.

I only used 12.5 lb and 8 lb dumbbells...and that workout was exactly what I was looking for in a burn 1st thing in the morning!! Definitely adding it to my rotation! Thank you!

Good job Christian. Plenty like it on the channel and even 2 full 4 week boot camps if you like this type of workout Original bootcamp which is 4 weeks of structured workouts. Each workout around 40-45 mins and The mew xpress bootcamp which just started 2 weeks ago. Same again , 4 weeks , 5 workouts a week but each workout condensed to 20 min express workouts Worth having a look at both. Both on the channel 👌

I actually came back to this one today. I injured my tailbone BADLY this week from a fall and can hardly do anything- but I HAVE to keep moving somehow. I actually liked the seated presses- that position didn't bother me at all. Odd

Workout is great, instructions are clear, the previews at the top of the screen are a really nice touch and the instructor is not OTT and annoying like a lot of other trainers. Be warned this workout it intense. Really well thought out. Will be back to master this one

This 20 minute workout is amazing. I'm a pretty fit 58 year old guy and this kicked my butt. I used 10s for most of this and can't believe that I am so spent. So great that it only takes 20 minutes too. Well thought out and well done.

I enjoyed your workout. Certainly had to use lighter weights than I first imagined, but you still feel the effect. Twenty minutes is long enough when you are working out in a cold garage in winter. Thanks!

Yes they are deceptive ones. It's not long before most need to lower the weights to keep good form. Good work, make sure to try out some of the others. Plenty of other upper body ones too 💪👍

I have alot of time due to my job, could I workout different muscle groups over the day or would it be better to do the same muscles multiple times per day. I work at a desk at home and have equipment in my office, exercise bike, dumbbells, bench and pull up bar. My thinking is that if I was working in construction I would be active all day. Any ideas? Tia

Been doing the Joe Wicks routine with the Mrs throughout lock down using 12kg dumbells which uses similar exercises. Had to use the wife's 4kg's for this workout! Christ ive melted.

I’ve just done this workout and I’ve found that as time progresses and I become more atoned to positioning, core engagement etc, how much more difficult these programs actually are 😮😂👍👍
