Today's workout
The aim here for this upper body dumbbell workout is to do 3 rounds of 3 exercises for each muscle group
But we do each muscle group back to back. So for example we do 3 exercises for the shoulders for 10 reps each and repeat that 3 times so the shoulders don't get a break. Giving one serious burn
We then repeat that process for each muscle in the upper body , the chest , back , shoulder, and arms
A great wee routine that gives a serious burn. Beauty is , even with light weights at home. This one burns. Want to make it even tougher , simply up those weights. But trust me it won't take long to be dropping those weights again as those muscle will be stinging pretty quickly
