Thank you for another athlete focused practice. I love yoga and your intermediate classes and attempting to still do arm balances, the creative transitions, retain my breath and focus through the practice…but I also run and lift and those activities tighten up muscles and tendons so it feels great to stretch them. Maybe an idea for a series could be mobility/stretch for athletes that breaks down the body into segments like ankle/calf/shins/feet, posterior chain, hips, quads…my main fitness goals are running focused but I don’t want to neglect mobility and flexibility it’s so important and a space athletes need support. 15-20 min classes like this are perfect to throw in after a training session!
