Taking support of blocks to get balance/ strech/ correct alignment.. really helps . This is a step towards attening the pose without blocks . Thank you for sharing 💗

Depends on your level and why you're doing yoga. When I had a birth injury I lost a lot of mobility and and working out became painful. This helped me get back to where I could touch the floor without yoga feeling like torture. Try not to be so judgeful.
