Give this 20 Minute Explosive Cardio HIIT a try. This workout is 5 explosive exercises that can be done from home, outside. All you need is a barbell, or dumbbells. This workout will cover off burning cals / fat, whilst building and shredding muscles. Aim for 8 - 12 reps per set.
This workout is great if you are short on time, and have minimal equipment and want to get a quick workout in from home. If you can't do one of the exercises just substitute or use your own body weight.
