Get your steps in with this fast paced and upbeat 20 minute walking workout you can do anywhere. The aim of this workout is to walk/ step as fast as you can, to ensure you burn maximum amount of calories.
Therefore, this is NOT TO THE BEAT workout but speed focused. I usually film without any audio, which helps me stay focused on the speed, rather than the beat.
PLEASE NOTE- Some smart devices don't count some of the moves as a step, therefore I wouldn't be discouraged if you don't hit your target as it might not be a true representation of the steps you did.
The timer is on for 50s and no rest in between.
REMEMBER the amount of steps is also dependent on the pace.. The faster your march the more steps you will get. It is expected to feel a little sore in your arm as I have incorporated a lot of arm movements.
