I just love love love your workouts! Absolutely no one else compares. I am 56 years old - I have tried dozens of others and never make it through the first few minutes. I appreciate that you make it so easy to follow along and you do not talk through the whole workout. Who wants that? Thank you for starting each of my days off the right way! You are amazing ❤ I started working out watching your videos nearly 6 weeks ago, first glow up challenge, then moved on to an older challenge, and today is the 10th day of summer body challenge! I am loosing weight, eating healthier, and today I noticed my hips are not aching anymore and weird klonk klonk sound is gone. I was so happy I rewarded myself doing some extra workout: this video and some 70s disco music dance workout 😂

It's good to start early in this journey. Don't forget about bone health, Dr's never tell you how to prevent needed hip, knee, etc. surgeries.

Hello Schellea. I am 63 and I’m so grateful to you for the variety of exercise videos that you have created. I’ve been doing them most days for about 8 weeks and I can feel I am stronger! I have more stamina and a more positive mindset! My goal is to be stronger , fitter and improve my mental health.Tick! Tick and tick! If weight loss follows I’ll take it! The scales show a small weight loss, but my clothes are fitting better , and I look better. This one today has me sweating. I couldn’t have a conversation during the workout, seriously! I’m glad it was only 20 minutes, but I’d say I got the same exercise as some of your longer videos, so great choice for a busy day.

I love your workouts! I will turn 65 this summer and recently discovered your channel on KZitem and for the first time in years I'm consistently exercising, thanks to your short doable routines. I like that you have the countdown timer for each exercise - when I feel like giving up, I look at the timer and tell myself I only have a few more seconds to go and it pushes me through to the end. I also really appreciate your encouraging words of gratitude and positivity throughout the videos. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful spirit with all of us!

Thank you again for this amazing workout! Yep, I'm sweating! I think that I prefer to do 15 minutes then choose and other video for adding 5-6 minutes, as there is some I really enjoy to repeat! I'm 63 and becomes a great fan each morning since a little more than one month. You are so inspirational and motivating!!

Dear Schellea love your short workouts. I have trouble with motivation so I find the short ones get me started then I end up doing 3 short work outs. I’m 70 with a few aches and pains. The workouts make me feel so much better!! Thankyou ❤

Just did your 20 minute cardio exercise. Plus I did two other ones before this. Why am I sweating but I enjoy this very much especially since I’m 81 and I didn’t think I could do these things anymore. I’m killing it.😊

Love this workout. I have high blood pressure and always on a lookout for exercises to help reduce it. It will be nice to see notifications for any of the exercises that are helpful in reducing high blood pressure. Thank you for such a variety of great exercises.

I was at about 2000 steps and my active zone minutes were 36 which is really great since the workout was 20 minutes and I had not done other strenuous activity prior. It was challenging but not overwhelming, thank you!!

Great work out! I'm now 55 and in worst shape of my life...determined to get into the BEST shape of my life. 7 year brain injury and i still cannot function out in the world normally....but this was great for me to do at home and the balance exercise was also helpful. i had stroke like symptoms to the right hand and foot so i am wobbliest on the right but i did this without the wall and only tipping over once! Thank you Schellea for being encouraging and kind and a friend.

I'm sweating, Did just over 3,000 steps. My average at my job is between 12,000 & 15,000. Amazing video. Enjoyed it immensely. 😊
