What if you have a model with the rear passenger a/c vents right there? Seems like it would greatly complicate things.

Replaced the jack and still isn’t working. Is there anything else that can be done?

Let’s start off with some simple options, check the aux cable and try another one. If that’s verified working, try another source like another audio source or phone. Check the fuse next and then it maybe the wiring harness itself afterwards. Let me know how your troubleshooting gods

@@YoDIYVideos The cable works & im able to switch between FM, AM, and CD. Just the AUX button isn’t working. I’m not sure which fuse I need to check since I’ve gotten a few different answers from google. This is a 2009 Honda Accord if that helps. Also the charging port next to the AUX jack has power to it which made me on the fence on whether or not it’s a fuse but I’ll definitely let you know. Thank you for the response!

What tool did you use to press the two tabs from the bottom?

It’s a trim removal tool from Amazon. If you want you can use a flat headed screwdriver and a rag to pry it open. It’ll protect the metal screwdriver from making too many indentions. Search for trim removal tool and a ton will show up. You can pick it up locally too!
