i believe these Audi A3 1.6 TDI will last many years if serviced like you do your nice A3.😁.

I had the same problem with the rear brake caliber pipe and eventually I had to call a guys out who got that little pipe off. He gently heated it with the blow torch and it came out. It did look a bit risky but he managed to do it.

I played about with it off camera but it was stubbornly seized. As it was so cheap I elected to replace it. Heat often does the trick. Brake fluid is very flammable!

Ditto (a number of years ago). You get a bit of rust under the plastic coating & then it seizes. With heat the plastic coating softens & you can get the pipe undone. Not idea as the pipe isn’t protected but it works in a pinch.

Oh… and Febi sell the little pipes now so no need to visit the dealer
