Guyz, who will follow video instruction here, two little bit special tools required which you might not have in your toolboxes. At 3:37, to untorq shaft flanges you will require 12 spline M10 bit. Buy a good one. At 17:30 , to untorq right bolt you will need 18mm socket of a length of sparkplug socket approx 80mm long. Also i did all without removal at 5:00.

DAMN! It's so complicated, excepting the air intake (where at my 1.4 Polo) I have lots of space and it's easy to take it out, the rest of the components are pretty hard to take out and keeping track of them. Well, you are lucky that you have the hydro ramp to have lots of space between the ground and the car, I only have 2 triangles that keep the car only 30-40 cm from the ground, not enough space to work underneath the car :) Well done!

Years ago I had a clutch job in a VW T5 transporter , took box out and found the dual mass had collapsed thus causing the main springs to come out , unfortunately the owner carried on driving with noise for over 2 months , when I took the under tray off there was about 30 spring washers on it about 13 mm bolt size , then looked up and found the bell housing almost separated from the gearbox due to it being sliced open with the springs acting as a lathe on the casing , 350 quid for bell housing, and then a gearbox rebuild 😂😂😂😂 , he should have had it done sooner

34k is no mileage for a clutch,we used to see a lot of this in the workshop especially with the older generation where rpms and heat where we're very much in fashion lol every clutch that came off was blue, was the driver a clutch abuser, like dumping the clutch at every given opertunity or using it as a cigarette lighter? it's the quickest way to take out a dmf, those bent forks are not good. A dmf should see at at least 150k before it starts making noises or slippage.

Infinity vidz help the helpless so far it’s the only impact wrench in my personal opinion I’ll rate 8 out of 10.. in terms of power durability and the great feature of it is it cracks the bolt and slows down to unbolt the nut ... it’s got 4 different power band and it’s direct power without a clutch unlike other impact wrench it hasn’t got weaker over the past year I’ve been using it. One slight let down is the battery case are only held together by 4 very very tiny screws... and it’s always coming apart ... so I’ve had to super glue the joints and use duck tape for extra hold ... it’s a Milwaukee fuel
