I say it here. I hated Hoyt for all kinds of different reasons. Had many of them, never lasted more than a month. Then I made a mistake and shot the Rx7 Ultra. Bought it on the spot. Damn the price, or the "Chinese" riser. The only thing wrong with it is the price. But once you fork it out all that's left is perfection. Simply the best shooting smoothest and quietest bow I have ever held and now own. And that includes any Mathews ever made. Owned all variations from the Traverse on. If you cannot judge to spend the $2000 on this bow, don't even go and shoot it. It will just haunt your dreams. #bestbowevermade4me.

Love this channel and it’s helping me buy my new bow! Quick question though? Is Easton paying you to put that sign up in your shooting lane? If not you could probably get some sponsorship money out of it

Big improvement from previous carbon risers- performance is lacking depending where you are on each module size. At my draw length, I'd have to increase 10 -15 pounds of draw weight to get in the ballpark of my current bows, at which point the easier/smoother draw on the Ultra is negated.

So, it's heavier than the prime inline 3, it's only 3fps faster with 5lbs more draw weight it's louder, and cost $700 more..no thanks

Too much China involved in the entire "Hoyt Carbon" riser process, for me to ever even remotely consider it. Thanks for the excellent review of a $1,900 bow with a Chinese riser.

+Bill McStay that statement is entirely false. Their carbon riser is a joint venture with a European company that has the technology. The riser is not made in China.

All you need for a hard-hitting hunting bow is a straight-grained hardwood board from your local hardware store. Stop falling for these.

No thanks I’ll buy a new Bowtech and have a lighter, faster, quieter bow and a heck of a lot less money spent. I loved my 1994 Hoyt Flashpoint Fastflite because it was made in America! Quite apparently it will have been the absolute last hoyt I will ever buy

Pretty poor performance for 2022. It's not even light. There are tonnes of great bows in the last two years, Hoyt needs to stop outsourcing the job and get serious.
