I've been doing your workouts for 9 months and not only have I become stronger, I feel so much more energetic and fulfilled and I have learned to love myself (and my body changed so much without doing any heavy workouts, i still cant believe it). Lidia I have been doing these workouts since July 2023 and now it’s been 7 month of doing your workouts almost everyday I see so much difference in my body now my waist has never been this small. I finally have the legs and arms that I always wanted to have. Im obsessed with your workouts and thanks a lot for being there and for making the best workout content so far. I love you so much❤❤

I never comment on YT videos but I really feel called to rn. This whole year I’ve suffered from high cortisol and have been trying to get my life back to a resting place where my body feels safe again. So many work outs out there actually heighten cortisol levels, I’ve been having the hardest time finding a form of movement while my body regulates. I’ve been doing your videos for a month now, lidia, and they have been an absolute miracle for me. Thank you so, so much for proving that working out doesn’t have to put so much stress on the body to see results

Hey! I want to say that you have great workouts! Usually I do them when I have a hard day or feel low. But after your workouts I fell better, happier and fulfilled! And also I think, it would be great if you added names of exercises because sometimes for me it’s hard to understand what exactly I need to do (like do I need to do circles with my leg or up-downs?). Well, no matter what, thank you and keep going! ❤

Would be so awesome if you could do a simple video with some tips for making the most out of your videos. I really enjoy them ❤ i often notice sometimes i need to correct myself with poses/posture/pointed toes etc and when i do i realize what big a difference it made. Quick and challenging! Just one tip, for I can understand you need ads for profit... but personally I really hate how the ads are almost every 5 minutes there and also outside breaktime. It really disrupts the flow imo😅. So a suggestion would be to add them in the break time, so it isn't interfering with the exercises.

I spent years doing high intensity martial arts training and I can honestly say that stepping back and choosing to make exercise a gentle activity is the best thing I could have done for my health. I love these workouts.
