進入職場加上長期因為腰椎與膝蓋疼痛,幾乎沒有在做運動。找到Coffee老師的頻道後開始學習在家運動,第一次就感受到運動流汗的舒暢,所以試著天天運動,雖然未達到目標,但也從夏天到現在還不時地跟著老師做,天冷的此時此刻跟著兩個影片做完竟也滿身汗,實在太好了。 老師即便膝蓋受傷仍堅持製作影片幫助大家,真的太佩服、太感動了。 May you get well soon. I couldn't thank you enough. Love ya!
