And I've had a similar experience with this workout that I have with other Funk workouts: I told myself "20 lbs? This will be easy!" And then I proceed to get my ass handed to me by this workout. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Hey Funk - I just got a dumbell set this month. Did this workout 2 rounds, but in between each exercise I jump rope 40 seconds, so 29 minutes total. Using 20lb dumbbells. I just turned 68 this month also. You are a great inspiration!

This is so great! I am a complete beginner and have always been super lazy about exercise or going to the gym. Hey Funk, love this workout! I have been doing this workout 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks and I already feel a change. I only do this one because I do not have access to a gym and only have 20lb dumbells at home. I see some changes in my muscles and I am loving it. I know if I keep at this pace I will continue to see growth for a little while but I was curious if this workout also helps to lose weight? I eat little to no junk food. I snack on mostly yogurt with granola and blueberries and beef jerky. Was just wondering your thoughts. No worries if no response, again love the work out!

My favorite workout! I travel a lot through my career and have screwed up my workout routine at the gym and this is a perfect! Hits every muscle group I love, I do it with the pre and post workout, all 3 are perfect together! Just need to know if we do this workout everyday, 5-6 days a week or every other day? I have been doing it every other day to allow my muscle to rebuild and not be so sore lol

Funkster this workout is amazing. I'm 38 and just getting back into working out after a long period off. I had spinal fusion surgery at age 20 so the lighter weight is perfect. But don't get it twisted, this workout blasted me. Definitely a workout I'll be doing from now on. Thank you so much. You are a life saver!
