I liked the workout although I found some of the moves were more complex than needed (IMO). At 62, I want to strengthen my body and not injure it. I appreciate the modifications - it would be nice to see a member or two on screen actually doing the modifications for the entire workout.

I'd focus on eating a whole foods diet, moving more during your day, not doing MORE exercising. Get good sleep too. Make small changes that you can add into your life that will last a lifetime. It takes time to see and feel change. The thing is...you know what's holding you back, you just need to create action to move forward and get rid of some bad habits. That's why it's key to start small. You are doing great with 3 workouts per week, maybe add one more day, or start tracking your protein intake. One thing at a time or it's too overwhelming. Hope that's helpful. You can do it, give it time.❤️😘
