Workout music was amazing! Haven’t had a vacation since 2011 so lake, beach, creek, ANYWHERE would be nice. Finished this after a 3 mile run. Actually kept up! Great stress relief. Taking care of elderly parents with ill health so I really needed this! Thank you!!
