Grab a mat and hydration for this quick 25 minute workout (exact workout time is 23:55). We have three blocks during today's workout. Within each block are 3 exercises. We will complete each block twice before moving on. Every exercise will be performed for 60 seconds, and we will have 15 seconds of recovery before moving on. During the recovery, I will demo the upcoming exercise. There is jumping today, so if you need a lower impact alternative, look at the text in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Since every exercise is timed, find a pace and tempo that works for *you*. You do not have to go at my tempo, you can go faster, you can go slower. Think about making every rep perfect. Quality over quantity. If you would like an additional warm please perform the following on your own: BW squats x 60 seconds, jumping jacks (modification: tap one foot at a time) x 60 seconds, modified plank (knees on mat) shoulder taps x 60 seconds.
