I underestimated kettlebells so much by thinking that if I can manage 20kg of weight fine, I can do exercises like these so freely too :))). This was a killer, almost passed out, but a great feeling! Thank you for the guidance Samuel!

Great intense workout, the only thing that I was missing was a snatch, so I did that instead of the upright rows (upright rows are not really that good for shoulder health anyway).

Hey Sam. Your videos are great. I’m recovering from elbow surgery and have been following this video and your beginner video for the last 30 days going back and forth between them. Some of the other work outs are still too much for my elbow to handle. However I was curious if you had an idea for a replacement workout for the plank pull through. My elbow cannot support my body weight yet and doing this excercise on my knees doesn’t feel like I’m working anything. Thanks for the help !!!!

If a core stabilising exercise. I would suggest substituting it for a bodyweight ab exercise like crunches, bicycle crunches, Jack knife etc. You will challenge and build your core strength without putting any strain on your elbows 👊

Thank you! Can you please explain what you mean by the kettlebell swings performed in CrossFit? I’m assuming you might mean the ‘American swing’ where you swing the kettlebell right up overhead. I prefer the Russian swing when you swing the kettlebell up to a 90° angle as it is safer and has a lower likelihood of injury or accident. No ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way though, just different approaches to an amazing exercise 😊👊

Done this KB strength wo. Second time joining your class, safe to say that you're great at teaching Coach. Somehow your direction and voice made me keep going til the end, while i know you're struggling with that bloody 20Kg hahaha. I used 12 & 16Kg, alternately. Thanks a bunch Coach Sam. Thank you for the feedback! The amount of ads in my workouts is always a concern of mine. I see KZitem trending in a really overly ad populated direction and I hate that.. it’s becoming like live television!! Of course, it is up to the content creator how many ads there are and it needs to be balanced with making a living as ad revenue is how the majority of content creators earn money to reinvest into their content. I’m always managing this balance and I appreciate your feedback on this one. Noted 👊🙏
