Short Pilates Workouts can be very effective especially when you flow from exercise to exercise. You’ll begin with standing awareness before moving down onto the mat to move with full body exercises like plank work. You’ll also blend some exercises together for some fun variations. And this class ends strongly with work for the entire body with a plank, pushup and leg combo.
